This very rare, unusual albino cardinal visited our bird feeder all winter (2018-19) where my son was able to get some good photos of him. I used his photos as well as observation to do this painting. You will be able to see the painting step-by-step on my Face Book site (Lois Mountz)
Lois Getz Mountz has shown her works throughout the Ohio area for many years and has participated at prestigious shows from Virginia Beach, Va to Florida. Lois has won numerous awards through the years and has had many one-woman shows as well. She works in all painting media, but especially loves watercolors and oils. Most of her works are realistic but she has also painted many more contemporary 'scapes'. Lois is a retired church organist.
