Artist's Description
This watercolor painting was inspired by having fun with my new digital camera. Shooting photos from under the plant up into the light allowed the wonderful designs of the leaves to come forth. It was a tricky painting to do, but I really loved the challenge. I have it matted in a gray mat with liner to match the color of the poinsettia and the frame is a beautiful 2" wide gun metal gray Neilsen metal frame with a mottled texture and really interesting profile. It makes a striking piece. Purchase price is for this work only - not framed. Please inquire if you would like to purchase it with framing, keeping in mind that the cost of shipping would be expensive.
